Level Family

Home repairs made simple for older adults, and peace of mind for the family helping them. One call, a fair price you can see, and a checked pro at the door.

How it works

  1. Just call. No app, no typing. Say what's wrong in your own words, like "my kitchen sink is leaking," and Level books it.
  2. Family stays in the loop. A son, daughter or helper gets the price by text, approves it and pays in the app. Nothing is paid at the door, and nobody can talk anyone into a surprise "emergency" job.
  3. A checked pro, and a heads-up first. Before the visit you get a text with the pro's photo and name. Level Family jobs go only to licensed, insured, background-checked pros with strong ratings.
  4. Same pro next time. Found someone you like? Ask for them first every time.

Common questions

Does my parent need a smartphone?

No. Level Family works by phone call. They say what's wrong in their own words, and Level books it. A family member can handle the app side.

Who pays?

Whoever the family chooses. Usually the family member approves the price and pays in the app, so nothing is ever paid at the door.

Can a family member add themselves without permission?

No. The account holder chooses to add a family member, and can remove them at any time.

Are the pros background-checked?

Every Level pro is license- and insurance-checked. Level Family jobs only go to pros who have also passed a background check and have strong ratings.

Can my mother keep the same pro?

Yes. Once she finds someone she likes, she can ask for that pro first every time.

Know the price before they knock.

Snap a photo, see a fair upfront price, and book a licensed, rated pro. Level is launching across New York City and the tri-state area.
