How it works
- Your parent just calls. Or you book it for them. No app needed on their end.
- You approve the price, from anywhere. It comes to you by text or in the app, in any time zone. Nothing is paid at the door.
- See who's going over. The pro's photo, name, license and rating are texted to you and to your parent before the visit.
- Photo proof when it's done. You see the finished work before the payment goes out.
Your own place, too
Deployed and something breaks at your home or apartment? Add a trusted neighbor or relative to let the pro in, and handle the price and payment yourself.
Good to set up before you leave
- Add yourself to your parent's Level account, with their OK.
- Book a home safety visit: grab bars, handrails, detectors.
- Save a backup contact who can open the door.

Common questions
Can I manage everything from overseas?
Yes. You get the price by text or in the app, approve it and pay from your phone in any time zone. Your parent just opens the door.
How do I know the job was done right?
Every Level job ends with a photo checklist of the finished work, and the payment only goes out once the job is approved.
Is Level affiliated with the military?
No. Level is an independent company. We built Level Family with military families in mind because they're so often caring for home from far away.
