Home / For pros
No lead fees. Paid when the job's done.
Level sends you jobs that are already priced, scoped and photographed. You accept or you pass. You never pay for a lead, and the customer's money is in place before you roll a truck.
How it's different
| Paying for leads | Level |
|---|---|
| You pay whether or not you win the job | You pay nothing until a job is done and paid |
| The same request goes to several contractors | One job, one pro. Accept it or pass |
| Free estimates and wasted trips | Photos, scope and price before you leave the shop |
| Chasing the customer for payment | Customer pays at booking. You're paid when they approve |
What a paid lead really costs
Run your own numbers. Here's an example: if a lead costs $60 and you win one job in five, each job you land cost you $300 before you bought a single part. On a $500 repair, that's most of your profit.
Example only. Lead prices and win rates vary by trade and area.
How Level works for pros
- Pre-scoped jobs. Photos, symptoms, equipment details and a line-item scope up front.
- Set price. You see the price before you accept.
- Payment in place. The customer pays when they book, and the money is held until the job is approved.
- Photo proof protects you. Finish the checklist and a customer can't hold your money without a specific, photo-backed reason.
- Changes get paid. Found more work? Send a change request with photos and the customer approves it in the app.
- Bring your own customers. Use Level's payment hold, proof photos and reviews for the customers you already have.
- Reviews go both ways. You rate customers too.
